The team has represented clients in an array of projects, including offices, data centers, luxury apartments, student housing, industrial facilities, medical offices, senior living, storage, retail projects, and hotels and resorts—including branded condominiums, spas, casinos and golf courses.


Representative Matters

  • Advised a private equity fund in a sale-leaseback and financing transaction involving six for-profit schools for a purchase price of approximately $150 million.
  • Represented a private equity fund, as borrower’s counsel, in the financing of four data centers for approximately $130 million.
  • Assisted a private equity fund, as seller’s counsel, in the sale of an $88.5-million portfolio of climate controlled self-storage facilities.
  • Served as counsel to a family office in the acquisition, financing and leaseback of eight properties from the Fort Worth Independent School District.
  • Advised La Quinta Inn & Suites in the sale of a portfolio of 45 hotels across several U.S. states.
